The song ‘The Alphabet of Me’ is a clever hybrid of genres, bringing in pop, funk, jazz and metal elements and we wanted to create an engaging band performance video that both captured the vibe of the track and the experience of seeing them live. The video also has several uses of surreal visual imagery, like the scenes with the dog and the trumpeter that was inspired by the cinematography of David Lynch.”
